Fergana oil refinery plant LLC is one of the leading enterprises for the production of fuels and lubricants in the Central Asian region and comprises 35 process units for production of virtually the whole range of oil products available in oil refining.

Four international management systems have been developed, implemented and successfully operate at the Fergana oil refinery plant:

Modernization

In 2022, the Fergana Refinery initiated the largest modernization project in its history. The project will enhance production capacity utilization and enable the manufacture of petroleum products meeting the highest international quality standards.
