An Unforgettable Summer at Tong Camp: Joy, Friendship and Meaningful Holidays

At the Fergana Oil Refinery, special attention is paid to ensuring meaningful summer recreation, health improvement and personal development opportunities for employees' children. As part of this commitment, the refinery's Trade Union Committee continues to implement a range of social initiatives aimed at supporting employees and their families.

This summer, more than 150 children of refinery employees are enjoying a two-week recreation and wellness program at Tong Children's Health Camp, located in the scenic village of Khongiz in the Fergana region.

Throughout the camp session, the children take part in sports competitions, creative contests, educational activities, cultural events and various entertainment programs designed to promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork, creativity and self-confidence.

One of the highlights of the program was the visit of the Fergana Regional Puppet Theatre. Colorful performances, fairy-tale characters, interactive games, songs and dances created a festive atmosphere and gave the children unforgettable memories.

The Trade Union Committee also organized competitions in relay races, table tennis, checkers and chess. The winners and active participants received commemorative gifts in recognition of their achievements and enthusiasm.

"Ensuring that our employees' children enjoy a safe, healthy and meaningful summer holiday remains one of our key priorities. We are committed to creating comfortable conditions, engaging activities and unforgettable experiences for every child. After all, children's happiness is the greatest reward for every parent", - said Rashidjon Saydaliyev, Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Fergana Oil Refinery.

Supporting employees and their families, investing in children's well-being and promoting meaningful social initiatives remain integral parts of the refinery's corporate social responsibility.
