Fire Tactical Exercise Successfully Conducted at the Fergana Oil Refinery

A regular fire tactical exercise was conducted at the Fergana Oil Refinery to enhance industrial safety, improve emergency response preparedness, and strengthen coordination among emergency services operating at the refinery.

According to the exercise scenario, a simulated fire occurred at the T-3 heat exchanger located within the Ethane Block unit of Workshop No. 1. Upon receiving the emergency notification, all participating response teams promptly arrived at the site and carried out coordinated firefighting and emergency rescue operations in accordance with the established procedures.

The exercise involved employees of Workshop No. 2, the Gas Rescue Team, the refinery's Medical Unit, and firefighters of the Emergency Response Department at the facilities of Fergana Oil Refinery LLC. The drill assessed the participants' response time, interdepartmental coordination, and practical skills in managing a simulated emergency.

The exercise confirmed the high level of preparedness and effective cooperation among all participating services, demonstrating their ability to respond promptly and efficiently to potential emergency situations.

"Such fire tactical exercises strengthen employees' ability to make prompt and appropriate decisions during emergency situations. Most importantly, they further improve coordination and teamwork among all emergency response services. Ensuring industrial and fire safety, as well as protecting the lives and health of our employees, will always remain among the top priorities of the Fergana Oil Refinery", - said Captain Bakhromjon Nuriev, Deputy Head of the Emergency Response Department at the facilities of Fergana Oil Refinery LLC.

Regular practical exercises of this kind play an important role in improving personnel preparedness, preventing emergencies, and maintaining a safe working environment throughout the refinery.
