Strategic Decisions at the Fergana Oil Refinery: People Come First

An important conference held at the Fergana Oil Refinery once again demonstrated the balanced development of production efficiency and a people-centered social policy. The event brought together high-level industry representatives and the plant’s management.

During the meeting, the results of 2025 were reviewed in a critical and analytical manner, and the work carried out received a positive assessment. Particular attention was given to social protection of employees, ensuring достойные working conditions, and strengthening incentive mechanisms.

The Chief Engineer presented a detailed report on production performance and the large-scale practical activities being implemented.

One of the key outcomes of the conference was the approval of the draft collective agreement for 2026-2028. The document is aimed at further strengthening labor rights, social benefits, and guarantees for employees.

In addition, specific measures to improve working conditions for 2026 were approved, marking an important step toward creating a safe and comfortable work environment.

As noted by the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Fergana Oil Refinery, Rashidjon Saydaliyev:
"Our top priority is people. It is essential to ensure достойные working conditions, protect employees’ rights, and provide social support for every worker. The new collective agreement is designed to achieve exactly these goals."

The conference outcomes clearly confirmed that sustainable development, social protection, and respect for people remain the key priorities of the enterprise.
