The events organized within the framework of Youth Week at the Fergana Oil Refinery have become an important platform for showcasing not only the physical abilities of young employees but also their intellectual and spiritual potential.
From the very first days of the week, young specialists of the refinery were given opportunities to test their skills and capabilities in various fields. One of the key events was the sports relay competition held on June 23. Teams from nearly ten production units took part in the contest, competing in 100-meter races, tug-of-war, push-ups, pull-ups and target shooting. Throughout the competition, participants demonstrated strong teamwork, determination and a genuine drive for victory. According to the final results, the team of Workshop No. 19 claimed first place.

On June 24, the focus shifted to intellectual competition. More than ten workshop teams participated in the "Zakovat" intellectual game, demonstrating logical thinking, quick decision-making skills and effective teamwork. Organized with the participation of specialists from the Fergana Regional Zakovat Intellectual Club, the event was held at a high professional level. During the two-round competition, participants answered 24 questions. The team of Workshop No. 12 emerged victorious after correctly answering 20 questions.

The following day continued in a spiritual and educational atmosphere. On June 25, the refinery welcomed Shukurolloh Domla Egamberdiev, Imam-Khatib of the Abu Hanifa Mosque in Tashlak District. The guest was warmly received by representatives of the refinery management and the trade union committee.
During the meeting, Shukurolloh Domla held an open dialogue with young employees and refinery staff, sharing valuable life experiences and advice on morality, honesty, responsibility and ethical conduct. He especially encouraged young people to stay away from negative influences, continuously improve themselves and strive to become responsible and beneficial members of society. The meeting concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which employees received detailed responses to their questions.

Young people are the backbone of our enterprise today and the foundation of its future development. Their commitment to learning, initiative, and dedication to their work are among the key drivers of Fergana Refinery's sustainable growth. We will continue to create every opportunity for young professionals to realize their potential and grow into highly qualified specialists and future leaders," said Ikboljon Rahimov, Director of the Fergana Refinery.
Youth Week at the Fergana Oil Refinery continues to successfully combine sports, intellectual growth and spiritual development. Such initiatives strengthen team spirit, enhance knowledge and professional potential, and most importantly, inspire young people to pursue noble goals and future achievements.
